How the Color Slider module works
Two things you can see, turned into four things you do.

Why there isn’t a fixed Color Slider chart
Color Slider doesn’t use one permanent Red = UP, Blue = DOWN chart. The directions can change on a new bomb, so an answer copied from a previous run may be wrong.
Always take the four directions from the manual you’re using now. This page asks for them instead of assuming them.
Don’t reuse an old color chart
The current manual is the source for this bomb. Read it again on a new run, even when the colors look familiar.

Split the job into two short callouts
One player has the manual, one player has the module. Neither needs the whole answer.

Reusing directions from an old bomb
Use the current manual. The color directions can change between runs.
Reading the slider order right to left
Enter the physical sliders from left to right, every time.
Mixing the manual order with the physical order
Step 1 records what each color means. Step 2 records where those colors actually appear.
Calling out colors instead of positions
Use numbered moves when directing the slider operator: “One up, two down…”
Leaving a slider halfway
Move each slider fully to the requested end.

The current UP/DOWN direction for Red, Blue, Green, and Yellow, plus the four physical slider colors from left to right.
Do I need to know the slider seed?
No. Enter only what the current manual and module show you.
Should I move the slider only partway?
No. Move it fully to the requested UP or DOWN end.
