Using the wrong light
The same Braille number produces a different melody under another light color.
Mixing up the note order
Play the four notes in the order shown.
Reading an old round
Recheck the current module after a restart or a new bomb.
Calling out too much at once
Use a short format: “Braille 4, Red.” Then read back the four notes.
