Hard module
BOMBANANA Monkey Says Solver
Choose the color that flashes at each stage. The solver remembers your earlier answers and shows the full button sequence to replay.
What flashed this stage?
Tap the color that just flashed. Press Next flash once you have entered it.
Tap the color that flashes for stage 1.
How the Monkey Says module works
The module repeats one flash per stage and makes you replay everything you have entered so far. Only the new flash has to reach the solver.
- 01Watch the new flashEach stage lights one button. That color is the only clue the solver needs.New flash
- 02Get the matching pressThe button to press is different for every stage, and the solver reads it from the row for the stage you are on.Press
- 03Replay the whole sequenceEvery new answer is added to the buttons from the earlier stages. The module makes you press all of them, in order, from the start.Full replay

Call out only the new flash
You do not need to repeat the earlier flashes to the solver. Keep the current run open and enter only the new flash — the tool already has the rest.
- 01
The player names one color
Say the stage and the color that just flashed. Nothing else has to be passed on.
Stage three — Yellow.
- 02
The solver answers with the list
It returns every button to press, in order, including the new one.
Replay: Blue, green, blue.
- 03
Do not read the run back in
Re-entering the earlier colors wastes the seconds the tracker just saved, and it is how a run picks up a wrong stage.
Common Monkey Says mistakes
Five mistakes account for most failed Monkey Says rounds, and the first two are the ones that cost the whole run rather than one stage.
Pressing only the newest answer
Every later stage replays the whole sequence. The newest color is the last button, not the only one.
Mixing up the flash and the press
The color that flashed is not the color to press. The answer card labels both.
Losing track of the stage
The solver tracks the stage for you, so keep the run open instead of counting stages by hand.
Starting over after one wrong flash
Use Undo last stage or edit that row. The earlier stages are still correct.
Reading colors by their look alone
Every answer here is written out as a word, so a run can be checked at a glance.

Monkey Says FAQ
What do I enter into the Monkey Says solver?
Only the new color that flashes for the current stage.
Does Monkey Says use the same color rule every stage?
No. The flash-to-press mapping changes with every stage.
Do I press only the newest color?
No. Later stages require the complete sequence built so far.
How many stages does Monkey Says have?
Four in the current solver table.
What if I entered the wrong flash?
Edit that stage from the run history, or undo the last stage and enter it again. The rest of the run is kept.
